Y NO PS4 SONY?!

Well, despite placing my order more than a month and a half ago, I still don’t have a delivery date. This isn’t any real surprise as Amazon have said they can’t guarantee launch day delivery for anyone who placed their order after August 6th… a whole month before I decided to bite the bullet. That said, it is bloody annoying. Even more so as it seems Amazon are quite happy to tease me….

Last Thursday I woke up to two “PS4” related e-mails from Amazon. Good news? Not a chance.

The first was merely to tell me they have no idea when my PS4 will ship. Brilliant.

Whilst they have no idea when my console will be available, Amazon are happy to offer me the chance to upgrade to one of several PS4 launch day bundles. If you’re in the UK, you can check them out here. Sadly there isn’t as much choice for US gamers but then you do get the console much earlier than we do!

From the 6 (update – 5 – the Watch Dogs bundle has been removed due to the game being delayed until Spring 2014) on offer, a couple take my fancy but none really tick all the boxes.

If only Sony would offer up a PS4, 2 * dual shock controller, Need for Speed: Rivals, FIFA 14 & COD: Ghosts bundle…. I would be (a) skint and (b) not doing much work until the new year 🙂
